Gift Card Terms of Use

  1. Updates to Terms and Conditions:
    GameXCenter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect your statutory rights. By purchasing or using our gift cards, you agree to these terms.
  2. Redemption of Gift Cards:
    The value of each gift card can be redeemed with the designated supplier. Redemption is subject to the supplier’s Terms and Conditions.
  3. Gift Card Validity:
    Gift cards are valid for a period as specified by the supplier. Unless otherwise stated, gift cards expire two (2) years from the purchase date or as determined by GameXCenter.com. Expired gift cards cannot be reactivated.
  4. Payment Processing:
    Your credit card will be charged immediately upon delivery of the gift card PIN.
  5. Delivery of Gift Cards:
    All gift cards are delivered via email. If you do not receive the email within 5–15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folders. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.
  6. Lost or Stolen Cards:
    GameXCenter.com is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Balances on such cards cannot be replaced or reimbursed, and the company is not liable for any losses due to theft or fraud.
  7. Jurisdiction and Governing Laws:
    These terms are governed by applicable laws. By using our services, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Refund Policy:
    Refunds are available for gift cards within 15 days of purchase, provided they have not been redeemed. Once a gift card has been redeemed with the supplier, their Terms and Conditions will apply. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser and credited back to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

  1. Exchange Policy:
    If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we offer the option to exchange your gift card for another card of equal value from our catalog.
  2. Non-Refundable Products:
    Some gift cards may not qualify for refunds, especially if the key has already been redeemed or the product has been used. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, and we aim to assist wherever possible.
  3. Refund Request Timeline:
    Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the key’s delivery by the vendor.
